Application of Second GRI in Asia – Caribbean & Central America Trade

In view of the continuous strong booking in Caribbean and Central America trade that leads to general shortage of container space in the market, and also considering our urgent need of another rate recovery program; Zim/Seth have decided to apply 2^nd GRI in this trade according to the following schedule:

i)                    ORIGINS:                                     All origins in Asia.

DESTINATIONS:                          All destinations in Panama.

DATE OF APPLICATION:            September 1, 2009; basing on cargo delivery into Carrier’s custody under the same B/L.

GRI QUANTUM:                           $200/20’ container; $400/40’ & 40’HC container.

ii)                  ORIGINS:                                     All origins in Asia.

DESTINATIONS:                         All destinations in Caribbean & Central America, except Panama and Puerto Rico.

DATE OF APPLICATION:            September 15, 2009; basing on cargo delivery into Carrier’s custody under the same B/L.

GRI QUANTUM:                           $200/20’ container; $400/40’ & 40’HC container.

iii)                 ORIGINS:                                     All origins in Asia.

DESTINATIONS:                          All destinations in Puerto Rico.

DATE OF APPLICATION:            September 25, 2009; basing on cargo delivery into Carrier’s custody under the same B/L.

GRI QUANTUM:                           $200/20’ container; $400/40’ & 40’HC container.
